Ridgeway's Barber Shop, Northside, was opened in 1983, and Mark Ridgeway has owned it since 1990. It's Football/Sports theme is an important part of the experience of Ridgeway's barber shop where clients and staff alike, love the banter this highly charged topic can generate.
Mark qualified in 1988 having worked with James Fitzsimons in South Frederick Street. He then worked with Brenda Ridgeway in Northside Shopping Centre. Mark is in partnership with his brother Colin Ridgeway at Ridgeway's Barber's, Church Street Skerries, which they opened in June 2008.
Colin Ridgeway qualified as a Barber in Switzers in 1991 then moved to the USA, where he worked with American Crew as a Barber and Sales executive until 1999. On his return to Ireland, he worked in the Merchant Barbers Temple Bar. From 2003 he worked closely with his Brother in Northside Shopping Centre.
Mark, Colin, and staff, are very proud of both shops. It's a very exciting and progressive time regarding male grooming. Many clients availing of Ridgeway's expertise with colour and new styles. Hot towel shaves are always popular, anytime - for a pick-me-up, and particularly for Grooms and Groomsmen the morning of the big day. Ridgeway's offer value for money and a traditional high quality service, in great family surroundings.
